Sake Bombs anyone? My number 7 wine was just bottled the other day and it smells wonderful! I’ve never had Raisin Rice Wine (similar to Sake), but I’m excited to try it. The recipe says to wait 6 months before you try it. Really? Dang! I guess it’ll become more flavorful over time. So I might not get to try this one until November. I have 30 bottles of this little fire cracker waiting to explode in your mouth. November… perhaps these might make it as Christmas gifts or to my winter art festivals. I’m still getting versed on Sake, i guess it can be served hot or cold, and a Sake bomb is a shot of Sake dropped in a beer and drank that way.
